Your privacy is important to us. Planora is designed to help users manage tasks, notes, reminders and schedules securely.
Planora is designed primarily as a productivity application. Tasks, notes, calendar information and related productivity content are primarily stored locally on your device according to the current application architecture.
When you create or use an authenticated account, Planora may process account information required to provide authentication and account-related functionality.
Planora currently supports account authentication using Email/Password, Google Sign-In and Anonymous/Guest authentication through Firebase Authentication.
Planora uses local storage for application functionality. This may include tasks, notes, calendar information, settings and other locally stored productivity data.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of information they consider important.
Planora may request notification permission to provide reminders and productivity notifications. Notification permission can be managed through Android device settings and the application's available notification controls.
Limited analytics and platform services may be used to understand application performance, reliability and usage. The specific services enabled may change as the application develops.
Planora does not sell personal information to third parties.
Planora is supported by advertising. Ads help us maintain and improve the app while keeping the core productivity experience accessible to users.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by Planora. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users with a Planora account can initiate account deletion from within the application through the account settings. Planora also provides an external account deletion resource through this Legal Center.
When an account deletion request is completed, the associated account information is deleted as described in the application's deletion flow and applicable service requirements.
Certain information may be retained where retention is required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Planora's features, services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
These Terms govern your use of the Planora productivity application.
By downloading, installing or using Planora, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Planora is intended for productivity, planning, scheduling, task management, note-taking and personal organization.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their authentication credentials and account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should take appropriate action to secure or delete the account.
Features may be modified, improved, replaced or discontinued as Planora develops. Changes may be required for security, technical, legal or product reasons.
Planora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information. Sensora Labs shall not be liable for indirect losses or data loss resulting from circumstances outside reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Users may stop using Planora and may delete their account through the available account deletion process.
These Terms may be updated when required by changes to Planora, applicable law, security requirements or business operations.
This page explains how Planora users can request deletion of their account and associated account information.
If you can access your Planora account, the primary deletion path is available directly inside the application:
Launch the Planora application and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings and open your account/profile section.
Select Delete Account and carefully review the confirmation.
Confirm the deletion request. Additional authentication may be required for security-sensitive account deletion.
After successful verification, the Firebase authentication account is deleted and the user is returned to the authentication screen.
The Planora account associated with the deleted Firebase authentication identity is removed through the account deletion process.
Account-specific profile and authentication information is removed according to the application's deletion flow.
If additional cloud services or synchronized data are added to Planora in the future, the applicable deletion process and this policy will be updated accordingly.
If you cannot complete account deletion inside the app, contact Planora Support. Do not send your password or authentication credentials.
